Darn 100 calorie chocolate bars!

Ok, so I've come to the sad realization that I just cant have these in my house. Darn it anyway!! One of the things I was looking forward to on this program was being able to have chocolate as it's my downfall, and is how I've always *failed* at all my other attempts at eating well. So I bought a box of them with the plan of eating ONE A DAY as a treat. HA! I just cant seem to do it. I had one and it started a binge fest and I ended up eating them all. It was one of those 'I cant remember how much I ate or what it even tasted like' binges - unconscious eating - so needless and useless!

I am going to wait until I feel more of a momentum with my weight loss and feel a bit more in control before I buy these again. If I do want one, then I will get ONE when we go grocery shopping. One I can handle - obviously 6 I cant!!

Sometimes I wish I was one of those people who didn't like chocolate... imagine!!!!

I hear you... I'm the same way. If I open a box I have to share them with the kids and the husband, otherwise I snarf them all!

snarf is the perfect word to describe what happened :)

I pledge to try not to snarf anymore... you can't taste things while snarfing!! I should be following the advice of the Aero commercial girls and just *feel the bubbles melt*... there are no bubbles when you snarf!

I have the exact same problem!! But I didn't just buy the 6 pack, I went to costco and bought the BIG box (24 I think)...dangerous! I'm in complete agreement with just buying one when you feel like it. That way there is limited temptation in the house.

Oh god - I forgot about Costco.. yeah, wont be doing that anytime soon!!

It's hard enough hiding the fact that I ate 6 of them, how would I explain 24?!

I stumbled across your blog yesterday, and I absolutely love it. Kudos to you on what you've already accomplished...It sounds like WW has really worked for you? I'm deciding if that's the route I'm going to take. Good luck!

Mmm...chocolate. I hated it before I started WW, I don't crave it now but if I have one piece I need 2,3,4,5....
