WEEK 5 RESULTS!
Down ANOTHER .5. I have nothing to say about it today *SIGH*. Obviously glad the weight is going down, but I know I would be losing much more if I put my heart and soul into it. Something's still holding me back from reaching my full weight losing potential.... hoping to figure it out soon for my own sake.

Hi! It's my first time visiting your blog and I just had to comment. 5 pounds is twice the amount of weight that is recomended by most doctors to lose in one week (most recomend 1-2 pounds per week for a healthy loss). I really don't think you should be down on yourself for not losing more!! You're doing fabulous things for your body so don't make yourself feel so rushed. Slow and steady, weight loss is a marathon, not a sprint!
